The series reactor (filter reactor) passes AC current and is an important supporting equipment for reactive power compensation devices in power systems. Its function is to be used in series with compensation capacitors to form series resonance with steady-state harmonics (5th, 7th, 11th, 13th), eliminate harmonics, limit closing and operation overvoltage, improve the voltage waveform of the system, protect capacitors from explosion and compensate for capacitor capacity, improve the power factor of the power grid, and play a significant role in the safe operation of power capacitors and other power equipment. 2、 Product Features

a. The iron core of the series reactor is made of high-quality imported silicon steel sheets, and the core columns are divided into uniform small sections through multiple air gaps. The air gaps are isolated by epoxy cloth plates to ensure that the air gaps do not change during long-term operation of the reactor.

b. The end face of the iron core adopts high-quality silicon steel sheet end face adhesive, which firmly binds the silicon steel sheets together, greatly reduces the noise during operation, and has good moisture and dust resistance performance.

c. The coil is of epoxy casting type, reinforced with epoxy glass mesh cloth laid inside and outside the coil. It is cast in a vacuum state using an F-grade epoxy casting system. This coil not only has good insulation performance, but also high mechanical strength, and can withstand high current impact and thermal shock without cracking.

d. Epoxy cast coils do not absorb water, have low partial discharge capacity, and can operate safely in harsh environmental conditions.

e. The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock pads, effectively reducing the vibration during coil operation.

Usage environment

a. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters

b. The operating environment temperature ranges from -25 ℃ to+45 ℃, with a relative humidity not exceeding 90%.

c. There are no harmful gases or flammable or explosive materials around.

d. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions.

Performance indicators and technical parameters

a. Dry type reactors have a smaller volume than traditional oil immersed reactors and hollow reactors, and are characterized by light weight, small space occupation, simple structure, and easy installation.

b. When the temperature resistance level reaches H level (155 ℃) during normal operation, the temperature rise of the iron core and coil of the dry-type iron core reactor shall not exceed 90K.

c. Dry type iron core reactors can operate for a long time at 1.35 times the rated current.

d. The noise of dry-type iron core reactors shall not exceed the national standard.

e. The withstand voltage level of dry-type iron core reactors complies with the provisions of JB5346-1998 "Series Reactors".
